Hands of Mercy International (HoM) is committed to data-driven decision-making, ensuring the timely and accurate collection, analysis, and use of global indicators to improve health and well-being worldwide. 

In Fiscal Year 2024, HoM programs reached 10.5 million people with essential health, youth, women, children, and social services across communities around the globe. These results reflect our strong focus on evidence-based programming, accountability, and measurable impact for the people we serve. 

At HoM, numbers are more than statistics, they represent lives changed and responsibilities entrusted to us. We recognize that we owe our partners transparent and clear explanations of how resources are utilized. For this reason, we maintain a robust Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) system to ensure funds are used effectively, efficiently, and for maximum impact.
