Mustafa is a student from Libya and an active youth leader within the United Nations Youth Parliament, where he engages in leadership, advocacy, and youth-driven development initiatives. His experience in youth leadership and systems thinking informs his practical and solutions-oriented approach to programme support.

In his role, Mustafa:

• Supports programme implementation processes, ensuring structured and results-oriented execution of activities 
• Contributes to strengthening capacity of staff and partners, promoting practical tools and approaches for effective delivery 

His work plays a key role in advancing Hands of Mercy International’s commitment to efficient systems, strong programme implementation, and youth-led innovation, enhancing impact across its initiatives.
