Chief Human Resources Officer
Gevada leads HoM’s human resources strategy and is responsible for driving HR initiatives that support organizational performance and advance HoM’s mission. She oversees talent acquisition, staffing and retention, organizational culture, employee learning and development, compensation and benefits, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
With extensive experience in human resource management, Gevada brings a strategic and people-centered approach to building strong, resilient teams. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing HR systems and policies that align with organizational goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Her work has focused on strengthening workforce capacity, improving employee engagement, and ensuring that teams are well-equipped to deliver impactful programs.
Gevada has also led organizational change processes, supporting teams through periods of growth and transformation by introducing effective performance management frameworks, staff development pathways, and leadership support structures. She is passionate about nurturing talent, promoting staff well-being, and creating systems that enable individuals and teams to thrive.
