Gevada leads HoM’s human resources strategy and is responsible for driving HR initiatives that support organizational performance and advance HoM’s mission. She oversees talent acquisition, staffing and retention, organizational culture, employee learning and development, compensation and benefits, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

She has a proven track record of developing and implementing HR systems and policies that align with organizational goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
